Director Business Development
Adriana Llames leads BzzAgent’s Midwest sales and business development efforts. She is responsible for establishing new client relationships with major consumer brands and agencies as well as expanding business with existing key accounts.
Llames joins BzzAgent with more than 10 years of marketing and sales experience. She most recently served as senior business development manager at online advertising network, Q Interactive, where she was responsible for growing new business on a national level. Previously, Llames was the vice president of customer operations at online music company, Mytracks.com.
Llames is a regular speaker on marketing solutions at business conferences including the Society of Human Resources Management, Colorado HR Association and Rotary Club International. She serves as the co-chair of Chicago events for The Femme Network and AdFemme.

Matt is responsible for leading all areas of promotion concept development, client metrics, research, analysis and program development. He previously served with Kellogg Co., Quaker, Starcom Media and with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed and consulted on branding and business strategy. Kates earned his bachelor of science in economics from Northwestern University and his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Tom Chisholm has been in media and marketing sales for over 20 years. He started his career with Katz Radio where he was an Account Manager calling on Detroit and outstate Michigan. He went on to Blair Television where he rose to VP Midwest Manager. In 1992 Tom went to work for Sports Illustrated calling on Ford, GM, and other Midwest marketers. In 2000 Tom became the Midwest Corporate Director of Rodale Inc. working on their print, book, event and associated web properties. In 2006 Tom became the Midwest Sales Director for Facebook now working with marketers in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Jeff Palmitier is a business leader in West Michigan, focusing on the implementation of technology to assist customers with all their communication needs. Jeff served for 20 years as the CEO of Integra, a family-owned business known for years as a printing firm but refocused itself on technology and one-to-one marketing in an effort to provide customers with a single resource for printing and graphic communications. Using their Mindwire Multi-Channel e-commerce platform, Integra has been at the forefront of collateral customization, fulfillment and brand management for the last decade. In February 2009, Jeff joined Gilson Graphics as Executive Vice President, focused on the continued development and implementation of MindWire and assisting Gilson Graphics in creating one of the leading graphics communication firms in the Midwest. Gilson Graphics continues to focus its efforts on building long-term relationships based on listening and reacting to customers’ needs as they relate to design, marketing, technology, print and fulfillment.

Joe Sabol is currently the Vice President of East Coast Sales at PointRoll. In this role Joe works closely with agencies, advertisers, and publishers to meet their rich media needs. Over the past 5 years Joe has partnered with clients such as P&G, Walmart, Fidelity, and Mercedes to create groundbreaking rich media campaigns that yielded measurable results. Joe brings a wide breadth of digital marketing knowledge having worked in a variety of sales leadership roles prior to joining PointRoll. In his previous roles, Joe has led cutting-edge initiatives in display, search, mobile, and other platforms at companies like AvantGo, Business.com, InfoWorld, and CMGI Joe first started his career in the finance field before devoting himself to serving clients in advertising.
