Since joining Quicken Loans in 2005, she has built a team of relationship marketers specializing in database management, email communications, online promotions, direct mail, and telemarketing strategies - all centered on strengthening the client relationship before and after loan closing. Their client loyalty program is one on of the top performing in the country, helping to result in 9 out of 10 clients referring Quicken Loans to their friends and family and a significant returning client ratio.

Jen has expertise in sales, management, online advertising and event marketing - giving her great perspective into how consumer behavior drives the sales and marketing process. She started her career as a technical recruiter with Aerotek Contract Engineering, and then transferred that learning over in her position at TMP Worldwide, specializing in recruitment advertising using new online technologies to advance that field. She has also worked for a non-profit, The Henry Ford, in event sponsorship sales and management and continued her event sponsorship experience with AOL's broadband division. There, her time was focused on sport and leisure event sponsorship tying it all back to online membership sales.

Jen has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Davenport University, and is an alumnus of Leadership Detroit, an exclusive group of metro-Detroit leaders dedicated to creating powerful change throughout Southeast Michigan. When you can't find Jen in her office at the Quicken Loans main site in Livonia, MI, you're likely to find her on the golf course with her husband or rooting on the Michigan State Spartans in a football, basketball or hockey game.
