Matthew Kates Vice President, Strategic Services ePrize
With over 15 years of combined marketing experience, Matt is responsible for leading all areas of promotion concept development, client metrics, research, analysis and program development.
During the past three years Matt has lead the strategic development of ePrize's loyalty methodology and product development. He has also been instrumental in a number of high profile programs such as Pampers Gifts to Grow, Miller High Life Extras and Disney Movie Rewards.
Prior to ePrize, Kates held roles with Kellogg Co., Quaker Foods, Starcom Media and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed and consulted on branding and business strategy. During his time at Quaker Foods he led development for the first fruit cereal and managed high growth distribution channels including Club, Mass and Dollar stores.
Kates earned his bachelor of science in economics from Northwestern University and his MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He currently resides in Metro Detroit with his wife Stephanie and daughter Izzie.
