Monty Ross joined World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., in 2004 and is responsible for consumer marketing activities across WWE's portfolio of businesses including TV, Films, Consumer Products, and Pay-per-View.

His duties include media planning, interactive marketing, promotions and events, network affiliate relations and retail development.

Prior to joining WWE, Monty held various positions in Retail Development and Licensing for the National Football League and Nickelodeon. His most recent position was Director of Retail Marketing for the National Football League, where he coordinated integrated marketing efforts for the NFL's $3 billion Consumer Products business.

A resident of New Jersey, Monty graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Communication and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Fordham University.
